Purchase Procedure (Important):
- Verify your footage: The video service is an optional extra, and the presence of clips for every rider is not guaranteed. It is mandatory to send an email to gioelegobbi@gmail.com to confirm the availability of your footage before completing the purchase.
- Receive your previews: We will send you low-resolution previews (with watermarks) as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. After viewing them, you can decide whether to add the package to your order.
ATTENTION: Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. If the package is purchased without prior verification via email and the videos are found to be unavailable, only a partial refund will be issued (a € 5.00 fee will be withheld for administrative management and transaction costs).
