1. Subject of Service 2G-Studio offers photography services and “Slow Motion” video packages. The purchase of these products takes place through the website www.2g-studio.it.
2. Delivery Methods for Digital Products Purchased products are not directly downloadable from the website at the time of payment. Delivery occurs as follows:

Following the order and relative payment, the customer will receive an email containing a secure link. Sending usually occurs within 24/48 hours depending on the workload, but we will strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

This link directs the customer to a file-sharing service (currently Filemail or equivalent platforms) from which it will be possible to download high-resolution files.

Important: Files remain available on the hosting server for a limited period of 30 days from the date the email is sent. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download the files within this timeframe. After this period, files will be automatically deleted from the server and will no longer be recoverable.
3. Usage Rights With the purchase, the customer acquires ownership of the purchased images/videos and has the right to use them freely for personal use.
4. Refund and Complaint Policy Given the digital nature of the products, once the download link has been sent to the customer, it is not possible to return the product; therefore, no refunds are provided.
Exceptions: In the event of obvious errors in the order (for example: accidental double payment for the same service or package), the customer is required to report the anomaly promptly via email to gioelegobbi@gmail.com. In such cases, upon verification, 2G-Studio will issue a partial refund of the amount unduly paid and proceed with the correction of the invoice.
5. Accepted Payment Methods We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, and other integrated circuits (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
