1. Object of the Service:
2G-Studio provides photographic services and “Slow Motion” video packages. Purchases of these products are made through the website www.2g-studio.it. Please note: The Photo Package and the Slow Motion Package are two distinct and independent products. While the photographer’s goal is to ensure a minimum number of shots for every rider present at the event, the “Slow Motion” video service is considered an optional extra. Due to technical and logistical reasons, video coverage cannot always be guaranteed for all participants.
2. Delivery Methods for Digital Products:
Purchased products are not directly downloadable from the website at the time of payment. Delivery is carried out as follows: Following the order and payment, the customer will receive an email containing a secure link. Sending usually occurs within 24-48 hours, depending on the workload; however, we will make every effort to process the order as quickly as possible. This link will direct the customer to a file-sharing service (currently Filemail or equivalent platforms), from which it will be possible to download high-resolution files. Important: Files remain available on the hosting server for a limited period of 30 days from the date the email is sent. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to download the files within this timeframe. After this period, files will be automatically deleted from the server and will no longer be recoverable. Once the download is complete, it is recommended that the customer makes a backup copy of the files. 2G-Studio is not responsible for any loss of files after the download by the customer.
3. Usage Rights:
With the purchase, the customer acquires the right to freely use the images and videos purchased, including personal and promotional uses related to their sporting activity or their sponsors. The intellectual property and copyright of the images and videos remain, in any case, the property of 2G-Studio. The resale of images or videos as original digital files to third parties without authorization from 2G-Studio is prohibited.
4. Refund and Complaint Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the products, once the download link has been sent to the customer, it is not possible to return the product; therefore, no refunds are provided.
Slow Motion Package and Mandatory Verification: IMPORTANT: Since the video service is offered as low-cost extra content, the presence of Slow Motion clips for every single rider is not guaranteed. As indicated on the product pages and in the shopping cart, it is the customer’s obligation to send an email to gioelegobbi@gmail.com to verify the actual availability of their video footage before proceeding with the purchase.
In the event of a “Slow Motion Package” purchase made without prior verification via email, and should the clips not be available, 2G-Studio will refund only the portion relative to the video package according to the following methods:

A partial refund will be issued.

A fixed commission of € 5.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount as an administrative management fee and to cover transaction costs.
Exceptions (Applicable to both Photo and Video packages): In case of obvious errors in the order (e.g., accidental double payment for the same service or package), the customer is required to promptly report the anomaly via email to gioelegobbi@gmail.com. In such cases, upon verification, 2G-Studio will issue a partial refund of the unduly paid amount and amend the invoice.
5. Payment Methods:
We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, and other integrated circuits (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
